Another one of my favourite children’s books, this story introduces us to Sophie who discovers a simple distraction technique that helps to quieten her worries. I love this book as it both normalises and validates that worry is something many kids experience, as well as providing an effective and simple way to manage it. The story is a fun and approachable way to help kids struggling to still an active mind at bedtime.
