Rating: 4 out of 5.

This simple story offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness of the breath (Ānāpānasati Sutta), teaching children to calm their minds and bodies by tuning inwards. Introducing us to Molly, George, Oliver, Sophie and Amelia, the author personifies thoughts as bubbles, butterflies and wriggly worms, helping children visualise their thoughts and eventually to let go. A worthy 4 stars given by my 4 year old.
