Rating: 4 out of 5.

Brains that go fast, brains that go slow, brains that find it easy to transition, and brains that say No! A story that celebrates neurodiversity, this book talks us through all the different ways brains can be wired, and how this affects our thoughts, feelings and reactions. The book makes specific mention to certain diagnoses including ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia, which may or may not be helpful for all readers. Despite this, I loved the inclusiveness of the story, and the message that we can all make the world a more pleasant place to be by accommodating those around us, rather than trying to fit people into one way of being. Suitable for children aged 5 and up.
